Landscaper & Maintenance Associate- $16.00-$18.00/hr DOE 

 

A local business in Conroe is searching for a landscaper to assist in the company’s daily operations. This is a temp-hire position in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in landscaping.

 

Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic to help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and basic landscaping skills.

 

Summary of essential job functions:

• Perform routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging
• Plant and maintain gardens, trees, shrubs, and flower beds
• Remove weeds and apply fertilizers
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• Prepare job sites and clean up after completing work
• Assist in landscape design and construction projects
• Provide excellent customer service

 

Requirements:

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Bilingual is a plus
• Basic knowledge of plants, lawn care, and landscape maintenance
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely
