You will be the face of our property, responsible for creating a positive experience for potential and current residents. Your role is crucial in maintaining high occupancy levels, promoting our properties, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Job Duties Greet and assist prospective residents: Provide property tours and showcase available units, focusing on low-income housing benefits. Respond to inquiries: Follow up to convert leads into leases, with a focus on Tax Credit and Section 8 programs. Process applications and leases: Ensure documentation is complete and accurate for low-income housing. Stay informed: Maintain knowledge of market conditions, property values, and housing regulations. Build relationships: Address current residents' needs and concerns promptly. Inspect property: Ensure it remains clean and well-maintained. Market the property: Assist with online listings, social media promotions, and community outreach. Participate in events: Foster community and enhance resident satisfaction. Qualifications Experience: 2 + years in leasing, property management, or related fields preferred. Specialized knowledge: Experience with Tax Credit now Section 8 housing and LIHTC is a plus. Software proficiency: Experience with is a plus. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; sales-driven with a customer-focused approach. Organizational abilities: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks. Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; property management software experience is a plus. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
