Certified Nurse Assistant

Job DescriptionRolling Green Village is a not-for-profit retirement community with a 40 year track record of excellence and a 5-star nursing home rating – quality care. We are currently seeking hospitality minded certified nursing assistants that also have a med tech certificate for all shifts. The med tech certificate must be current within 12 months.Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care to our residents.Responsibilities and dutiesThe C.N.A.'s assists the licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living. The C.N.A.'s will assist our residents with services including, but not limited to:• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, turning, toileting and exercising.• Take and record vital signs.• Transfers, transport and escort residents as needed.• Answer call lights promptly.• Change bed linens, make beds and keep rooms clean and orderly.Med tech dutiesPass meds/treatments as scheduled. Be cognizant of medication indications and side effects.
