Job Title: Community Relations Specialist - Mid-level Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Hybrid) Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who can help keep grant and sponsorship programs moving smoothly while providing clear support to internal and external stakeholders. This position plays an important part in tracking requests, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure the workflow for community relations initiatives stays organized and responsive. Responsibilities Update grant program trackers to monitor request statuses, program activity, and budget information. Support grant funding and sponsorship requests by reviewing nonprofit organizations and completing first-level request checks. Move requests through the grant management system and support the execution of grant programs. Serve as a resource for database questions and external troubleshooting while also tracking event sponsorships and supporting additional research projects. Required 3-8 years of coordination experience in a non-profit, grant, and/or community relations environment. Experience with database management and/or data analytics. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with intermediate-level Excel experience. Ability to work in a highly collaborative setting, manage multiple processes and workstreams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Local talent only.
