Responsibilities include seeking out and developing new business through lead generation and referrals, explaining insurance options in a clear and supportive way, building lasting customer relationships with consistent outreach and personalized service, and keeping records accurate and up to date while managing policy adjustments.

Qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills, previous experience in sales or customer service, being driven by goals and energized by achieving measurable success, staying organized and handling multiple responsibilities effectively, and bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
