SUMMARY OF POSITION: This position is grant funded and will perform the following duties within the EPIC grant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists with leading EPIC meetings and supporting EPIC meeting preparation and follow-up, including meeting logistics, agenda, notes, and other communication
Assists with carrying out all grant requirements for EPIC following the statement of work as well as all deliverables
Use effective group facilitation skills to help guide the coalition and workgroups through the EPIC planning and implementation process
Assists with writing reports, grant proposals, and other materials for EPIC
Works with community partners and sub-contractors to fulfill all aspects of the grant
Represent EPIC at community events by tabling and sharing information with the public
Provide outreach, training and assistance to community partners about EPIC
Assist in implementing EPIC and its work plan by promoting mental health and preventing substances use/misuse through evidence-based programs and practices.
Performs data collection activities based upon EPIC criteria and guidelines
Use of computer and other technology required for documentation of programs
Hours will be flexible at times requiring some evenings and weekends
Attend trainings, seminars and conferences related to EPIC
Regular and dependable attendance required and willingness to travel locally and occasionally out-of-state.

Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED and experience working with coalitions and "big picture" ideas
Language Ability: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from providers, community partners, co-workers, and the general public; bilingual a plus
Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Internet software and ability to learn program system
Certificates and Licenses: Current Colorado driver's license

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or have a sense of smell.
$1,909 - $2,138 per week
