About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading by example: Providing guidance and mentorship to your nursing team to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes

• Coordinating patient care: Overseeing the delivery of care to patients on your unit, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded

• Managing operations: Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, managing resources, and prioritizing tasks to meet unit goals

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams: Working closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Maintaining regulatory compliance: Ensuring that all unit policies and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio

• Current BLS certification
