  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine or emergency medicine physician

  • Group owns 5 locations in the surrounding Boston area – they are looking to hire multiple providers over the next few months
  \n
  • They are opening a new center this summer and have 3-4 other locations under LOI
  \n
  • They are seeking providers with clinical quality
  \n
  • The medical director trains all providers personally; additionally, she works side-by-side with the providers and is in a clinic every day
  \n
  • They are very proud of their clinical leadership presence
  \n
  • You’d float between their five local sites
  \n
  • Depending on the site, they offer single or double coverage
  \n
  • Hours are 8a-8p
  \n
  • Must be comfortable seeing 45-50 patients per day
  \n
  • While they prefer full-time candidates, they are open to part-time
  \n
  • Full-timers work 36 hours a week, including every other weekend
  \n
  • Must see all ages
  \n
  • You’d perform all typical urgent care procedures such as suturing and splinting
  \n
  • Training is provided
  \n
  • You’d do your own wet reads on x-rays
  \n
  • Group provides DOT certification for all of their providers
  \n
  • Must be licensed in Massachusetts
  \n
  • Must have ACLS and PALS (or willing to obtain)
  \n
  • EMR: Experity
  \n
