Position Summary

As a Floor Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our front-of-house team. You'll lead by example, fostering a culture of professionalism, consistency, and genuine care. From overseeing daily service to supporting staff and delighting guests, your leadership will help bring our brand values to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating with other departments and managing shifts effectively.
• Uphold Bradford House's standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and personalized hospitality.
• Address guest needs and concerns promptly, ensuring every interaction is warm and welcoming.
• Assist with staff training and development to maintain a high level of service consistency.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the property.
• Be prepared to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (8+ hours) as part of daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Leadership: Strong ability to motivate and guide a team while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every aspect of service meets our high standards.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
