About The Role Verify and document that all products and materials inspected conform to current process documentation and design specifications (engineering standards). Maintains the highest working knowledge of quality standards. Assists with root‑cause analysis investigations in the resolution of product issues. What You Will Do Document inspection results for products inspected. Write nonconforming material reports as necessary. Continually review process documentation, ensuring compliance with Logisnext's quality system. Interact well with others through written and oral communication. Actively participate in 5S activities and continuously strive for a visually acceptable workplace. Be an active part of the completion of continuous improvement projects within assigned areas of responsibility. Always act in a professional and courteous manner, representing Logisnext's highest standards of business conduct; exhibit a positive attitude, share information with co‑workers as appropriate, and work to promote a cooperative, productive teamwork environment. Use your expertise to learn new duties, assist with the training of others, and adapt to changing conditions quickly and easily. Consistently perform an excellent job, delivering unusually high output exceptionally fast, and rarely make errors or create rejected work. Always be dependable, arrive on time, do not leave early, and do not miss work unless there is an emergency or an approved situation. Always observe safe work practices and rules, have no accidents, and wear personal protective equipment. Submit suggestions in support of the company's STAR & VIP Programs. Adhere to all environmental, health, safety, and quality policies to assist Logisnext in reducing our carbon footprint, preventing or mitigating undesired effects, and achieving continual improvement. Prevent product and process defects by continually working with manufacturing and support personnel to reinforce training on requirements, specifications, and standards. Utilize NCPR & DPU data to focus auditing efforts in the pursuit of the highest quality objectives. Audit operating procedures and QE work instructions to ensure compliance. Participate in 8D activities to derive root causes and permanent corrective actions. Perform internal ISO9001 and ISO14001 audits. When & Where Manufacturing environment 8–12‑hour workdays Onsite role Frequent overtime Qualifications A working knowledge of all available inspection tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access. Nice to Have H.S. diploma, GED, or experience in lieu of education; prior painting experience with similar products is desired.
