Position Overview As a Personal Banker within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Rockville, MD. Job Description Primary responsibilities include: Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing and positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty. Drive sales conversations through outbound calling, teller interactions, and lobby engagement. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated experience, leveraging technology and community partnerships. Apply product knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems. Manage risk by adhering to all policies, demonstrating sound judgment, and supporting PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Participate in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks. Licenses Subject to background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base salary: $46,800 – $69,000. Salaries may vary by location, market data, and individual skills and experience. This role is incentive‑eligible.
