Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Data Architect to join a growing team focused on building scalable data solutions and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a key role for a senior professional who can bridge business and technology, define data strategy, and guide implementation within a modern Microsoft-based data ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Design and lead the implementation of scalable and efficient data architectures aligned with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions , defining clear specifications and data models.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across teams.
• Act as the technical leader within a cross-functional team, guiding a Data Engineer, Power BI specialist, and Product stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and optimization of data pipelines and workflows using Azure-based tools.
• Ensure best practices in data governance, data quality, and performance optimization.
• Enable and support data visualization initiatives , particularly through Power BI.
• Contribute to the evolution of the platform toward advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience working with Azure Data Factory and the Microsoft data ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline design.
• Experience working in cloud environments , preferably Azure.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to define architecture and guide implementation within small to mid-sized teams.

• Experience integrating backend data systems with visualization layers.
• Familiarity with modern development practices , including AI-assisted or agent-based workflows.
