Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatric Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent clinical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families. Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate nursing with adolescent patients in a day treatment program Lead health groups to promote wellness and a holistic approach with adolescent patients Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, and other governing organizations. Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, technicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care to patients Stay up-to-date on changes to billing and coding regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development Summary Pay - $50/hour Hours – 8am – 4:30pm (Mon‑Fri) – Week 1: Three 8‑hour shifts; Week 2: Two 8‑hour shifts Location – Newton, MA (on‑site) Benefits Eligible – Yes (health, dental, 401k, vacation/sick time, parental leave) Patient Ages – 8‑19 years old Typical Diagnoses – Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, Life Transition, Trauma Qualifications Licensed RN in the State of Massachusetts 2 years experience in a mental health setting Knowledge of nursing theory, practice, and administration Understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, including experience with the UB‑04 billing form (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of achieving results and improving patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr
