• Guaranteed base pay with the possibility to earn up to $113,000 annually, based on performance

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A HEALTH INSURANCE SALES REP

In this position, you will speak with prospective clients, understand their healthcare coverage needs, and present ACA, Medicare, and ancillary product options using company-provided inbound leads. You will guide clients through enrollment, maintain compliance, manage your pipeline, and follow up regularly to support retention and identify additional coverage opportunities, all while using advanced tools and receiving continuous coaching to help you excel.
