Onsite Coordinator

Responsibilities Responsibilities include recruiting personnel and onboarding employees for onsite accounts: Fill current and prospective job openings for onsite accounts Maintain an availability list for onsite accounts Processing payroll and auditing daily punches for associates Handling accident/injury investigations in cooperation with the safety team Maintain and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for customers Perform other administrative duties as dictated by business needs Check-ins of new starts at onsite locations Walk throughout the facility during the day to ensure safety and PPE compliance Qualifications Qualified candidates should possess at least 1-2 years of staffing-related experience, preferably in a previous onsite coordinator role. Must be able to drive as a requirement and essential function of the job as needed. Must have a valid driver’s license. Education High School Diploma or GED Skills Excellent verbal and written skills are required. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
