Responsibilities Enter and maintain all accounts payable; Reconcile monthly vendor statements and related transactions; Act as liaison between the various departments to investigate discrepancies and ensure expenses are coded properly; Process weekly check and EFT payments to vendors; Reconcile accounts payable; Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting; and Work with Controller to ensure clean and timely year-end audit. Qualifications One to three years of experience, preferably with a background in retail; Excellent organizational, written and analytical skills; Previous experience using PDI software strongly preferred. Strong computer skills, most importantly with MS Excel; Stronginterpersonal/communicationskills; and Team player and ability to work in fast paced changing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
