Crisis Response Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health
Bluebonnet Trails Community MHMR Center
Bluebonnet Trails Community Services seeks a registered nurse to deliver crisis and clinic-based care for adults, adolescents and children in a community and clinical setting in Texas. The RN will perform crisis assessments, medication administration, care planning and education, coordinating with treatment teams to ensure continuity of care. Candidates must hold Texas RN licensure with at least one year of experience, CPR, and a valid Texas driver's license; BSN and ANCC certification are #J-18808-Ljbffr Bluebonnet Trails Community MHMR Center
