Intervention Specialist - CBT & Reentry Support

CPA Ct is seeking an Intervention Specialist for its Hartford Alternative in the Community (HAIC) program. This role is focused on reducing recidivism among clients involved in the Connecticut criminal justice system. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in social services, along with skills in cognitive-behavioral treatment facilitation and strong emotional intelligence.
