We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals with bilingual skills to join our team as Bilingual In-Home Care Assistants at SYNERGY HomeCare of Piscataway. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. • Provide non-medical care and companionship to clients in their homes, including light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Assist with personal care routines, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Engage clients in activities that promote socialization, mental stimulation, and overall well-being

• Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers in English and [insert language(s)] to ensure seamless care delivery

• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and reporting as needed

• Provide support and resources to clients and their families to promote independence and self-care

• Bilingual skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ year of experience in the healthcare or social services industry preferred

• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Ability to lift and transfer clients with dignity and care

• Competitive pay: $18 - $20 hourly
