Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents related to estate planning and estate administration with accuracy and precision.
• Assist attorneys with drafting wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deed transfers, and probate filings.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant client information to support attorneys and strengthen case outcomes.
• Communicate professionally with clients and third parties regarding document execution and procedural updates.
• Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with firm policies and deadlines.
• Take initiative to improve processes and contribute ideas that help the firm deliver excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a law firm.
• Experience in estate planning or estate administration is highly valued.
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with legal document management and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proven record of high achievement, self-motivation, and a drive to keep learning and growing.

Compensation & Benefits
