Plant Manager - Aggregates

Responsibilities: Lead plant safety initiatives and ensure compliance with MSHA, environmental, and company regulations Oversee crushing, washing, screening, mining, stockpiling, and product load-out operations Develop production and mine plans to optimise throughput, efficiency, and equipment availability Maintain environmental permits and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance Partner with quality and commercial teams to meet product specifications and customer requirements Manage operating budgets, inventory reporting, cost-per-ton performance, and capital improvement projects Direct preventive maintenance programmes and coordinate major plant shutdowns and repairs Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, lead personnel, and hourly employees Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and support positive employee relations Represent the organisation with customers, contractors, local communities, landowners, and regulatory agencies Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the site Requirements : Must have Plant Manager experience in the aggregates industry, or a related field Must have 3+ years of experience in the Construction Materials / Mining Industry Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Irving Knight Group
