Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) position in Long Term Care is available in Sonora, California. This role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care for patients within a supportive environment, supervising and coordinating activities of nursing staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes. Job Details:

• Location: Sonora, California
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; AHA-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC-Advanced Life Support (ALS); AHA-Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or ARC-PALS.
• Experience: Minimum 0 years of experience. Standardly, 1 year experience preferred but not required.
• Additional Information: Directs and coordinates nursing care responsibilities, develops care plans, provides patient education, participates in discharge planning, delegates duties appropriately, and performs other duties as assigned. The organization is committed to staff and patient safety, requiring all associates to receive mandated vaccinations with exemptions available per policy.
