Live Chat Support Specialist

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing real-time assistance and support through live chat. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic customer support team, working closely with other support specialists and team leads.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer support or related field.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with live chat software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
