Retro Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Associate to be the welcoming face of the club, guiding prospects on the phone, and helping members have an exceptional experience. You will balance guest interaction with routine tasks and in-club sales to support a positive environment. The role requires energetic, multitasking capabilities and strong communication, with CPR/AED training preferred.
