Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Center Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist customers with a variety of services, including shipping, packing, printing, and business services, while helping create a positive experience with every visit.

New hires will start at $13.00–$14.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. After completing 90 days of employment, employees may be eligible for an increase to $15.00 per hour based on performance and evaluation. In addition to hourly pay, team members have opportunities to earn monthly sales bonuses and additional performance-based incentives. Our incentive program rewards employees who contribute to store performance, provide exceptional customer service, and help create a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, and other store services
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and overall store performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Resolve customer concerns courteously and effectively
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
• Support daily store operations and perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Comfortable interacting with customers and identifying their needs
• Basic computer and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and using computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to meet requirements to become a Texas Notary
