Senior Litigation Paralegal

Providing essential paralegal support to attorneys, the full-time Senior Litigation Paralegal will manage litigation holds, coordinate discovery processes, and oversee administrative tasks related to various liability matters in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Prepare and update litigation hold notices and ensure compliance with legal requirements Collect and coordinate electronic and traditional discovery responses and consult with outside counsel on related issues Track litigation matters, prepare reports, and manage litigation files while supporting attorneys in legal operations Required qualifications HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Paralegal certificate required Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, with both law firm and in-house experience preferred Experience in EMS, healthcare, or managed care preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of legal software and discovery rules
