Job OpportunityWe are an established Burger King and Arby's franchise organization seeking a proven multi-unit restaurant leader to join our leadership team. This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing Director of Operations, Area Coach, District Manager, or multi-unit leader with a track record of operational excellence, strong financial performance, and successful people development. We are looking for a leader who consistently delivers results, develops strong management teams, and drives business performance.Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience requiredBurger King and/or Arby's experience strongly preferredProven success achieving operational metrics above franchise system averagesDemonstrated ability to improve profitability, sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expensesSuccessful track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining management talentExperience building succession plans and leadership bench strengthStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsHigh level of integrity, accountability, and professionalismLead, coach, and develop District Managers and General ManagersDrive operational excellence and guest satisfaction across all restaurantsImprove financial performance and profitabilityEnsure execution of brand standards, food safety, and operational proceduresSupport implementation of new products, initiatives, and operational programsIdentify opportunities for improvement and implement practical, measurable solutionsBuild strong management teams and future leadersCompetitive compensation based on results and experienceDirect interaction with ownership and senior leadershipOpportunity to make a meaningful impact within a well-established organizationCulture focused on accountability, operational excellence, and people developmentWe are seeking a hands-on leader who enjoys being in restaurants, developing people, solving problems, and producing measurable results.If you have a history of outperforming expectations, developing strong teams, and delivering exceptional operational results, we would like to speak with you.
