In this leadership role, you'll oversee commercial HVAC crews on large-scale projects-ensuring installations meet the highest standards for quality, efficiency, and safety. We believe in rewarding skill, leadership, and hard work-offering opportunities for professional development, paid certifications, and the chance to work on challenging and rewarding projects.Learn more about us at ResponsibilitiesSupervise HVAC installation crews on commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety protocols.Coordinate workflow, assign daily tasks, and monitor productivity to meet deadlines and budget requirements.Oversee and participate in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical HVAC systems, ductwork, and piping.Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to guide work.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trade foremen to ensure seamless project execution.Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA-compliant practices on the job site.Complete local Inspection related work for quality assurance and compliance with energy efficiency standards.Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to foster skill development and performance improvement.Maintain accurate jobsite records, including progress reports, material usage, and equipment logs.QualificationsExperience: 4-12 years in the HVAC field, including 3-5 years in a supervisory or foreman role within commercial construction preferred.Technical Skills: Expertise in HVAC system design, installation, troubleshooting, and repair for commercial applications.Certifications: MEWP certification, forklift operator certification, fall protection certification required or providedValid Driver's LicenseLeadership Skills: Strong communication, delegation, time management, and conflict resolution abilities.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.Other: Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.BenefitsPaid Training and CertificationsPersonal Tool Replacement ProgramPaid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick)Relocation AssistanceTravel Projects with Per DiemSafety Equipment ProvidedRetirement Savings ProgramWeekly Pay CycleReferral Bonus ProgramCompany Vehicle & Mileage ReimbursementUniforms ProvidedEmployee Rewards or PrizesYear-end bonusScheduleFull-Time: Monday - FridayOvertime and weekend work as requiredWork LocationPrimarily on-site at commercial project locationsEqual Employment Opportunity StatementWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
