- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with facility policies.
- Promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of care.
- Active California LVN License
- Minimum 1 year of Skilled Nursing (SNF) experience
- Current BLS (AHA) Certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
