Angel of the Winds Casino Resort is seeking a bakery cook to support high-volume production and create quality baked goods for guests. The role requires experience with scratch baking, laminated doughs, cakes, and decorators, while maintaining strict quality and portion controls. The incumbent will forecast usage, manage inventory, and ensure sanitation and safety standards are followed across the kitchen.
