Wilson Kibler is seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to assist with cleaning and light maintenance across five apartment communities located within walking distance of one another in Downtown Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean common areas, hallways, stairwells, and amenity spaces of all managed properties
• Pick up trash and maintain curb appeal throughout the properties
• Assist with apartment turnovers between residents
• Perform light maintenance tasks, including:
• • Replacing air filters
  • Changing light bulbs
  • Minor repairs and touch-ups
  • Plumbing repairs
• Delivering notices and supplies
• Report maintenance concerns and property issues
• Assist the maintenance team as needed

Qualifications

• HVAC certification experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to walk/drive between multiple downtown properties throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
