Continuous Improvement Engineer

Bring your leadership, operational expertise, and problem-solving skills into a mission-driven manufacturing environment. Industry leader is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen quality, and optimize operations across the organization. Location: Burlington, WA Compensation: $90K-105K Base Salary In this role, you will work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to identify operational challenges, eliminate waste, and implement sustainable process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Candidates with military experience in operations, logistics, maintenance, aviation, engineering, or technical leadership environments are strongly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field along with experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement. Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and experience solving complex problems in fast-paced environments are essential. Six Sigma certification and experience with ERP, MES, or TPM systems are a plus.
