This is a high-need role with immediate opportunities statewide, ideal for psychiatrists seeking assessment-based work, professional autonomy, and flexibility alongside private practice or other clinical commitments. Role Overview Perform psychiatric and diagnostic evaluations for DJJ-involved youth Review medical, psychiatric, and collateral records Provide clear diagnostic opinions and treatment recommendations Conduct evaluations on-site at DJJ facilities (no ongoing medication management required) Compensation Competitive per-evaluation pay (1099 contractor) Reliable referral flow Opportunities for additional evaluation types based on expertise Qualifications Active, unrestricted Florida license as a Psychiatrist (MD or DO) Experience with psychiatric evaluations, forensic work, or juvenile populations preferred Ability to perform in-person evaluations Strong diagnostic and documentation skills Why Chrysalis Health?
