Service Advisor

We’re looking for someone who can run a service drive, communicate clearly, and keep things moving. You should be comfortable making recommendations and helping customers understand what their vehicle needs - without pushing things they don’t. If you like being busy, like talking to people, and take pride in doing things the right way, you’ll fit here. What you’ll do: Talk to customers, figure out what’s going on, and guide them through the process Keep communication tight between the customer and the techs Make sure nothing falls through the cracks Follow up - customers shouldn’t have to chase you Recommend work based on what actually makes sense What you’ll get: A solid team that works together A fast-paced shop that stays organized Training and support if you want to get better Opportunity to grow within the group Requirements Experience in a service advisor or similar role helps, but not required if you can learn fast You know how to talk to people without sounding like a script you stay organized, even when it’s busy Basic understanding of vehicles (we’ll help you build the rest) Comfortable with computers and dealership systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
