Sales and Marketing Representative; Team Lead

Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Representative to join our team! New grads welcome to apply. In this role, you'll play a vital part in connecting residential and small business customers with the benefits of local community solar farms. Apply Today!

Responsibilities

Engage with residential and small businesses across the Versant Utilities territory
Explain the financial & environmental benefits of community and/or rooftop solar
Mentor newly hired field sales representatives
Assist TSM in scaling representative and sales base
Meet and exceed sales targets by converting prospects into subscribers

We Offer

W2 role - Base pay + uncapped commissions!
On-Target Earnings, year 1 = $75,000 - $120,000+ (uncapped potential for those with experience!)

Basic Requirements

Previous sales experience preferred; but not required!
Great communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Eager to learn new concepts
High school completion/GED
Able to travel 6+ days a month
