Front Desk Receptionist — Dental Office

Full-Time

We're looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dental practice. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a warm and efficient experience from the moment they walk in or call.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients and check them in/out with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance and handle billing/payment collection
• Maintain accurate patient records and update files as needed
• Manage the daily schedule and coordinate with the clinical team
• Keep the front office organized and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
• Dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
