Ossie’s Auto Repair is a family-owned, trusted local repair shop on 1575 Lakeland Avenue in Bohemia, NY . We’re known for honest work, great service, and a strong community reputation. Our shop is busy, fast-paced, and filled with talented technicians who take pride in what they do.
We’re now hiring a Customer Service Representative who excels at sales — someone who can build relationships, communicate clearly, and keep our customers confident and informed every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
- Write up repair orders and communicate vehicle needs clearly
- Present estimates and explain recommended services with confidence
- Work closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow up with customers and make sure every experience ends on a positive note

. Strong communication and people skills
. Confidence discussing services and closing sales professionally
. Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
. A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
. Experience in customer service, retail, or automotive sales preferred
