Nurse Educator

Provide remote medication training and adherence support to patients with chronic diseases via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging platforms. Deliver in-person education during territory vacancies or LOA, including home visits and designated locations, ensuring privacy and high educational standards. Empower patients to adhere to treatment plans as directed by healthcare providers. Support patient care continuity by covering staff absences and territory gaps. Manage multiple territories, prioritize projects, and ensure compliance.
