Emergency Response Paramedic

Guardian Flight seeks an Emergency Response Paramedic to provide high-acuity pre-hospital and interfacility critical care during air medical missions. In this role, you’ll perform rapid patient assessment, deliver ALS interventions, administer medications, and collaborate closely with flight nurses, pilots, and dispatch to ensure safe, efficient transport. You will follow strict safety and aviation protocols, maintain medical equipment and documentation, and participate in ongoing training, simulations, and quality improvement. This position requires sound clinical judgment, calm performance under pressure, and a strong commitment to mission, safety, and patient care.
