Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is looking for a Senior Estimating and Pricing Specialist to join our team in Ridley Park, PA. This role will be supporting the H-47, MH-139, and V-22 programs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee H47 International Programs as it relates to Estimating & Pricing
• Lead for submission of estimates and cost volumes for proposals for multiple customers across the U. S. Army, Navy and Air Force as well as international customers
• Collaborate with Contracts, Supplier Management, Procurement Financial Analysis, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and other functions to submit high-quality, compliant, and on-time proposals that meet customer commitments and support business plans
• Provide estimating expertise in support of the development or analysis of creative business solutions to acquire new business and/or support flawless execution of existing contracts
• Lead and develop a highly-engaged and talented team of estimating and pricing professionals

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
• 10+ years' experience in one or more of the following areas: Estimating & Pricing, Procurement Financial Analysis, Supply Chain Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Strategy Analysis
• 3+ years' experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
• Experience in supporting audit, fact-finding and negotiations
• Experience in proposal development and contract negotiations with U.S. Government Customers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience estimating strategic studies, work transfer proposals, affordability estimates
• Experience with statistical data

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $143,650 - $194,350
