EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus. Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred. Skilled in typing (55 wpm) and proficient with Microsoft operating systems, OnQ, and Sales Pro Enterprise. Strong communication skills; able to clearly convey information and resolve concerns for guests and coworkers. Effective problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure, with the capacity to handle complex information and adapt as needed. Comfortable working with financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions.
