In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical and digital integrity of classified government records while performing high-volume document preparation and scanning tasks./ppWhat Youll Do (Responsibilities)/ppIn this role, you will:/pulliExecute high-volume document preparation and scanning: Perform all tasks necessary to convert hardcopy files into quality electronic images, including sorting and preparing hard copy records for scanning and assuring a quality image./liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain standards: Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation tracking to ensure records maintain their order and sequence. You will communicate predominantly with Imaging Center personnel regarding personal production updates and job-specific questions/clarification./liliEnsure compliance with contractual and security requirements: Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines, maintaining a clean work environment, and strictly following all security and operational policies required for this sensitive government contract./li/ulpWhat Youll Bring (Skills Qualifications)/ppThe ideal candidate will have:/pulliLess than 2 years of experience in document management or a related field./liliStrong knowledge of PC and other computer-related products, with proven proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English./liliProven ability to key a minimum of 10,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH) or 50 words per minute (WPM), and be able to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work./liliMust be a US citizen and possess an active secret clearance./liliIdentified candidates must successfully complete and clear a background check and drug test prior to start./li/ulpWhat We Offer (Benefits)/pulliSalary details: $17.75/hr (eligible for SCA pay of up to an additional $5.09/hr (if benefits are declined)./liliShifts: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (Monday through Friday)./liliLocation: 2031 International Pkwy Fredericksburg, VA 22406./liliCompetitive compensation and benefits aligned with the experience./liliNumber of days paid time off/holidays./liliFlexible work options/alternative work options to support work-life balance./liliOpportunities for continuous learning and professional growth./li/ul/div
