A highly regarded litigation boutique is seeking a Litigation Associate for its Bay Area office.

This role involves a diverse civil litigation practice focused on class action defense, complex commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation. The position includes work on high-stakes matters involving highly complex legal issues across both federal and California state courts.

Compensation :

The estimated base salary range for this role is $190,000–$315,000, depending on class year and experience, with additional guaranteed compensation available for higher billable thresholds.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

• 2+ years of litigation experience

• J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials

• Active California Bar admission (required)

• Federal clerkship experience is a plus

• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills

• A proactive, team-oriented approach
