Plant HR Leader: Strategic People Partner

Amcor is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR policies, programs, and initiatives across plant operations. You will manage employee relations, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, and staffing to drive performance and a positive employee experience. You will advise plant leadership, ensure legal compliance, and partner with HR leadership to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
