Adult Care Worker

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks an Adult Care Worker to provide compassionate, person-centered support to adults in residential and community settings. In this role, you’ll assist with daily living needs, including personal care, medication reminders, meals, and transportation, while promoting independence, dignity, and safety. You’ll follow individualized support plans, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with a trauma-informed, faith-inspired team dedicated to client well-being.
