Warehouse Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our warehouse team. This is a highly physical role that requires moving throughout the day while assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory management, order preparation, and overall warehouse operations.The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and will play an important role in ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service. This position works closely with both internal teams and customers to ensure efficient daily operations and successful order fulfillment.At TAGeX Brands, we value teamwork, accountability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while providing opportunities for professional growth and development.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trucks, trailers, and incoming shipmentsReceive, inspect, and track inventory deliveriesPick, pull, organize, and stage orders for shipment or customer pickupOperate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficientlyLabel, tag, palletize, and wrap merchandise according to company proceduresSort, count, and verify inventory accuracyDocument shipment arrivals, departures, and inventory discrepanciesTake inventory photos and enter data into warehouse systemsIdentify and report damaged or impaired merchandiseMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentAssist customers during pickup coordination and ensure a positive customer experienceFollow all warehouse safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelinesSupport additional warehouse duties as assignedSkills & ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of warehouse experience requiredPrevious inventory and documentation experience preferredFamiliarity with warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and inventory processesExperience working with inventory systems and databasesStrong organizational and time management skillsDependable, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a team environmentStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to maintain accurate documentation and reportingQualificationsAbility to lift 30–50 lbs regularlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout the shiftComfortable working in warehouse and varying climate conditionsForklift experience required; certification is a plusExperience operating manual and electric pallet jacks preferredBasic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and textingScheduleFull-TimeDay shift schedule
