School Psychologist

Job Description Step into a vital role within a thriving elementary school community as a full-time contract School Psychologist this fall. This onsite position places you at the heart of a supportive educational environment, where your enthusiasm, energy, and advanced skillset will make a true difference to students and staff alike. Required Qualifications: Valid Professional Special Services License from the Colorado Department of Education (or proof of application for travelers) Strong background in the field of school psychology, with the ability to clearly describe experiences and professional approaches in interviews Energetic, lively, and positive attitude that helps foster a welcoming atmosphere for students and colleagues Willingness to work onsite throughout the assignment period Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students, providing psychological assessments, consultations, and direct support Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student learning and emotional well-being Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Stay up to date on best practices and compliance related to school psychology and student services This assignment runs from late September through mid-November and offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic school setting near Aurora, CO.
