Mail Clerk
Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Internal distribution, mail analysis, processing of outgoing mail, controlled mail and facility education
- General office support work
- Clerical assignments in a variety of general support areas
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail, including the processing of express mail
- Opening mail (under strict federal guidelines), date stamping, classifying, processing and routing mail
- Setting up, operating, adjusting and monitoring the operation of single or multiple function such as mail processing machines-Arranging records for storage/reference, scheduled disposition, and retrieval
- Performing general filing
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
