Pro Solutions Group is hiring for an Entry-Level Retail Sales position for individuals who are ready to gain hands-on experience, build their résumé, and develop professional skills.

Whether you're finishing school, recently graduated, coming from a restaurant or retail job, have a sports or team background, or are simply ready to start a new career , this position gives you the opportunity to learn sales and customer service in a real-world environment.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training to help you learn the position and become confident in your role.

What You'll Do

This isn't a desk job. You'll spend your day working with people at assigned retail locations and helping customers find products and services that fit their needs.

You'll:

• Meet and interact with new customers throughout the day
• Answer questions about products, services, and promotions
• Learn how to identify customer needs
• Recommend appropriate products and services
• Assist customers throughout the sales process
• Build communication and customer service skills
• Learn practical sales techniques
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
• Work alongside a supportive, team-oriented group
