CMR Recruiting is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as the primary care and rounding provider for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Chicago, IL. This full-time, in-person role runs Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, with no nights, weekends, or on-call; the last two hours may be completed remotely. Candidates must hold an active Illinois NP or PA license with DEA, board certification in FNP/AGNP/AGPCNP or NCCPA for PA, and have experience in geriatrics or long-term care. #J-18808-Ljbffr CMR Recruiting
